How to Rent from NAMS
1. Tell us what you need
Select the equipment or package and send a rental enquiry. Include your location, preferred start date and expected rental period.
2. Receive an itemised quotation
We will confirm availability and provide a formal quotation showing the rental rate, refundable deposit, delivery or collection charges and any required consumables.
3. Complete the rental application
After accepting the quotation, provide the required customer or institution details and supporting documents. NAMS will advise how to submit them securely.
4. Sign the agreement and make payment
The rental agreement must be signed and the required advance payment and refundable deposit must be received before equipment is released. Approved institutional credit arrangements may follow separately agreed terms.
5. Receive, inspect and learn how to use the equipment
Collect the equipment from NAMS or arrange delivery. Where applicable, our team will set it up, record its condition and demonstrate its basic operation.
6. Extend or return the rental
Contact NAMS before the due date if you need more time. At the end of the rental, return the equipment or arrange collection. The refundable deposit is processed after inspection and settlement of any outstanding charges.

Rates depend on the equipment, model, rental duration, location, quantity and availability. No payment should be made until NAMS has issued and confirmed a formal quotation.
Payment
Rental fees and the refundable deposit are normally payable in advance before release or delivery. Institutions with approved credit terms may use an LPO or another agreed payment arrangement.
Extensions and late returns
Rental extensions must be requested before the agreed return date and are subject to availability and payment. Charges continue until the equipment is returned to NAMS or collected under a confirmed arrangement. Late-return fees may apply in accordance with the signed rental agreement.
Refundable deposit
The deposit is refundable after the equipment has been returned and inspected, provided it is complete, in the agreed condition and there are no unpaid rental, loss, damage, cleaning or late-return charges. Any lawful deductions will be explained to the customer.

Selected items may be available for daily rental. Other equipment may have a minimum weekly or monthly term. The applicable period will be confirmed in your quotation

Yes. Delivery, collection and setup can be arranged depending on the equipment and location. Applicable charges will be shown in your quotation. Where necessary, NAMS provides a basic operating demonstration at handover.
Is the equipment cleaned before delivery?
Yes. Rental equipment is inspected, cleaned and disinfected before release. Customers remain responsible for routine care and cleanliness during the rental period.
What happens if equipment is lost, stolen or damaged?
The customer must report the incident immediately. The customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs where loss, theft, misuse or negligent damage occurred, in accordance with the signed agreement.
When is my booking confirmed?
An enquiry or quotation does not reserve equipment. A booking is confirmed only when NAMS has accepted the application, received the signed rental agreement and confirmed the required payment and deposit.

What happens if the equipment develops a fault?
Stop using it if continued use may be unsafe and contact NAMS immediately. Do not open, modify or arrange an unauthorised repair. NAMS will assess the fault and advise the next step under the rental agreement.
Does NAMS provide medical advice or prescribe equipment?
No. NAMS supplies equipment and provides basic operational guidance. A qualified healthcare professional should assess the patient, recommend the appropriate equipment and provide clinical instructions, especially for oxygen therapy, newborn care and specialist devices.
